Some of you may have noticed that your coins sometimes get doubled, or you might find money in your earnings wallet without knowing how it got there. This issue has been ongoing for the past two months. We first discovered the error last month during the cashout process. However, we decided not to halt cashouts at the time, which allowed the situation to persist, leading to some users being overpaid for earnings they didn’t actually generate.
We are aware that some individuals took advantage of this error and cashed out significant amounts without considering the ethical implications. At the same time, others came forward, confused about how extra funds appeared in their wallets. While the situation was unfortunate, we take full responsibility and do not blame anyone but ourselves. This is similar to the issue we previously faced with Bills Payment, which some members exploited to drain our account.
With another cashout period approaching, we realized it was necessary to address the problem before the next cashout week. To do this, we have temporarily halted earnings so we can thoroughly investigate and fix the bug once and for all. This process will take some time, but we cannot provide an exact timeline. Rest assured, we are already halfway through resolving the issue and are working hard to complete it as soon as possible.
