You have to feed your courage and strength.
I could remember when I wasn't good at playing drum kits, not because I didn't know how to play, but because I was scared, shy and afraid of making mistakes. When I'm coming to play, they drive me off like a leper. But now, same church would call and even offer to pay to get me to play for their Sunday and Midweek services.
I had to build my courage around the criticisms I got that very first time and I can say, I am better at what I do now.

Honestly, I don't know who will convince Timo Werner to retire from football. He can't even convert four solid one-on-one Cole Palmer chances! Always wasting speed for nothing. 😒
